Siberian Ginseng has been used by Chinese herbalists for well over 2,000 years; it is used to restore vigour and to increase longevity and energy levels. It also helps the body better cope with mental and physical stress and is well known for increasing mental alertness.
To make the tea, warm a tea pot or jug with boiling water. Add one teaspoon of herb per cup (and one for the pot) to the tea pot or jug. Pour over approx. 300 ml per cup of water just off the boil and give it a good stir. Allow to infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Gently pour into your cup leaving the herbs behind and enjoy. Sweeten with a little honey if required. Place the cinnamon stick in the cup and stir to impart the delicious natural flavour and release the many health benefits, natural uplifting fragrances and antioxidants..
