Moroccan Seasoning (Ras el Hanout)
Ingredients: Rose Petals, Allspice Berries, Black Pepper, Coriander, Mace, Paprika, Cardamom, Cayenne Pepper, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg and Turmeric.
Ras-el-Hanout is a spicy and aromatic blend for tagines and casseroles / slow cooked dishes of meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. It can be mixed with olive oil and lime juice and used as an overnight marinade, sprinkled over potato wedges before roasting and it can even be added to mince with a little chopped onion to make your own ‘Deliciously Different’ Spicy Moroccan Burgers.
